Is there an additional cost for customisation after purchasing the website?
Customising your website is a hassle-free task that doesn’t require any coding knowledge, and you are responsible for completing it. We provide a step-by-step video tutorial to guide you through the customisation process. If you prefer, you also have the option to purchase our service for the Webkart Studio team to complete this process on your behalf.

Is this a one-time fee or a renewal?
The payment structure operates on a renewal basis. In the first year, you are only billed for the development and design of your website; all additional features and functions are FREE. Starting from the second year onwards, a nominal renewal fee is applied for the Domain Name, Secured Hosting, and Website Maintenance.
Am I able to discontinue the renewal starting from the second year?
The charges for the second year encompass the maintenance of the website, Domain Name, and Secured Hosting, which are unavoidable. However, if you wish to discontinue and close your website, please reach out to us at help@webkartstudio.com, and we will provide you with the necessary assistance.
What happens to my website if I don't make payments from the second year onwards?
Your website is securely hosted on our platform. If, for any reason, you are unable to make the payment before the due date, you will lose access to the website until the renewal payment is made.
Am I allowed to add functions to my website that are not already covered?
Each website is tailored with your business requirements in mind. If you desire additional functions, features, or a new page, you can acquire them through our Services page.
